Autofill form from linked tables

Hi guys,

i need to create an access database that is accessed via a PDA on our factory floor to allow the machine supervisor to input machine running values.

I have setup the database as follows.

tblmachine
tblfaultcode
tbljobnumber

i have also linked to our SQL database to get the job numbers and descriptions.

What i need is in tblJobNumber to have a combo box that allows you to input the job number, which when done will pick up the other data needed, eg job description cost etc
