Hi peeps,
I wonder if any of you fine programmers can help me with a tricky conundrum - I have an access database which is used by several staff and which is fully functional except for one thing.
The database has a function in a module which automates a simple email with reference numbers. Whenever called, by whoever uses it, the email opens, the fields are populated, and all the user has to do is click send. This works for everyone. However, for one staff member, after clicking send, the recepient never recieves the message and the email isn't found in her 'sent items' folder (using outlook btw). This only happens with her, and not to anyone else. No error messages are seen when this happens. I cant see what the hell is causing it! :banghead:
I need to advise that I dont have any form of admin access to her email/outlook (other than v. basic stuff), because that is all controlled by my employers ICT team - I could contact them, but they're useless at this sort of thing.
If anyone can shed some light on this strange problems I'd me sooooo grateful!
Many thanks
Rob.
