Automatic Append

I am tracking insurance referrals. I have only one table called Master. What I want to do is, when the Effective Date of a referral is equal to the current month minus a year (example: Any referral with an Effective Date in March of 2001) I want that referral to automatically duplicate and be added to the table with the New Account/Renewal field changed from New Account to Renewal and the Status field to default to Pending.

How do I do this?

Write an Append Query with the criteria you mentioned. Change the appropriate fields and carry the rest over (you will have to specify them). Run this when you need to.
That should get you rolling toward success.
