Automatic Hyperlink Attach?

This is another one that I have spent days trying to find info on!

I have some fields that are hyperlinked. I figured out how to do that and it's working, I can open documents. However, IS THERE A WAY to have it automatically attach to a document (in a certain spot, with same name as value typed in the hyerlinked field)???? I know the answer to this is probably NO but figured it couldn't hurt to ask!
