Hi Folks,
Just wondering if there is a easy way to send out out automatically generated e-mail contingent on results in queries. For instance, I have automated a process that loads some data every week and then several hours later some code automatically loads some other data, after all the data is loaded the grand totals are compared and if they equal/match then we are set. I am wondering if there is a way where if those numbers match up, criteria is true, an email is sent stating that ... and if the numbers don't match, criteria is false, an email is sent stating that? I can use either access or SQL or both to accomplish this if it makes a difference, but we do not use outlook here for email we use Novell's GroupWise. Would the above be possible with query, macro, vba, vb, etc?
Thanks,
Joe
