I've been tiring for two hours and googling. Can somebody put the formula in here for me?

Thanks, works fine. The last column titled total mileage I labeled wrong. It should have been labeled "total Miles for this day", but with your formula for the first part helped me to figure out the last part. (=SUM(C$2:C3)) IRS very picky. Thanks again
