Could I please receive a suggestion on how to have the Yes and No in the form= Investigate = change colour, as it does not work for us?
Yes = should have a Green Back Ground Colour
No = should have a Orange Back Ground Colour

Default is blank and the background colour should be White

===
After the = Yes - records have been printed, how can we have the = Yes = changed to blank or No?

===
Form = Rows
How can we have a Background Could behind the row which we are working on, so the data entry person knows where they are

===
Your suggestions will be appreciated, we are using MsAccess 2003

Thank you,
Nicole

P.E.R.F.E.C.T thank you.

Why does your numeric values work while the Yes No, do not?

it is because Yes/No field actually holds integer (-1 for Yes, 0 for No).
