BackColor RGB in datasheet view?

I am trying to use the backcolor or forecolor property in a field in a form that displays in datasheet but it won't work. It's fine in form view.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get the field to show a backcolour AND display it in datasheet view?

Sorry, you can't do what you want. You will have to use a continuous form and then it is very hard to change a controls colors unless you have Access2000 or higher, which has Conditional Formatting.
