Well it's not that funny.
I'm printing to a continuous roll of 4*4 inch and 4*2 inch labels. The report is formatted to be 4*6.

Each label has 5 barcodes on it.
They are all the same height. They all use code 39 full ascii.
However it seems that the height of each barcode decreases the "further down " the report it is. So the 1st barcode on the 4*4 label looks the right height but the final barcode is slightly smaller and all the barcodes on the 4*2 label looks distinctively smaller. I'm at a loss to what is causing this. Any ideas?

The report has labels above and beside the barcodes as well.

I'm using access 2010

in cant see any reason for the height to shrink as you go. (strange)

but you dont have any code embedded doing this?

i have an on load that changes label caption
not quite sure if that's what you mean by embedded
