Barcode reader in access

Does anyone know if it is possible to build an access database to track items using a bar code reader? If it is possible does anyone have a program doing this that I could look at? If so please email it to me in a zip file.

Most barcode readers generate characters at the keyboard interface, so Access will see them as if they were keyed in at the keyboard. Therefore you don't need anything special to handle this input, just the reader and its supporting drivers.
