I am setting up a simple database of clinical psychologist supervisors that includes fields like which theoretical approach they take. The users of this database will want to select different criteria, and then show all the supervisors that fulfil this criteria.
At present, I have a swichboard which leads to a main form containing all the information about supervisors and allows users to add, delete and edit records. I want to have another button on the switchboard that leads to a blank version of the main form, where users can select certain criteria, press a button on the form, and then all the records that fulfil these criteria are displayed. Then, another button on the form that clears all the fields, and allows the user to select different criteria all over again.
So:
1. How do you get access to bring up a blank version of the form that can then be manipulated to set specific criteria, that once selected can be used to identify the appropriate records, all by pressing additional buttons on the main form?
