Hello,
I was wondering what would be the best way to deploy a front end access database , using SharePoint as the back end? Which deployment has the best way of keeping my users with the most updated front end?

I assume that you have Access 2013 and the latest Sharepoint Server with Access services installed. Hopefully the Sharepoint Server it is on-premise.

If you are using a desktop client for a hybrid database then you will need to use an auto updater. Here is a great one: http://btabdevelopment.com/free-access-tools/

If you are not creating a Web App with Access 2013 and Sharepoint 2013 then I would avoid using Sharepoint. In 2013 the back ends is now in a SQL Server to get past the limits of sharepoint lists. Unless there is something you rally need in Shareprint, I would use an SQL Server back end.
