'Big print' printing error

I have a one page report, with a 14pt heading, company logo, etc. Some users mysteriously get 'huge print' when they print the report, and it prints across six pages. Then they reprint it and all is OK. Anyone have any ideas on how to stop this from happening?

Just a thought --- it may be a typesetting problem rather than an Access problem. Finally after geeting all sorts of good advice from this forum I might be able to contribute a bit.

Check to see if the users that are getting the large print have the font you used installed in their machine.

Just a possible reason for the trouble.

I have actually narrowed it down to one user. I do think it's a printer problem. But I don't think fonts - after the first time, it always prints perfectly. I have a feeling that if we always reset the printer before printing, it would also print perfectly. However, the printer does print everything else OK.
