binding collection error

does anyone know exactly was this error is, and how to resolve it.

i have a check box and a text box that are related by what the answer is in the check box.
when I changed record example if current record had data in the text box and the record after doesn't it give me the binding collection error.

I'm been trying to debug this problem but I don't have a solution.
