Bit of a Problem...

Hi there,

Here is a brief problem situation:
I have a video-member card application form - created in a Seagate crystal report format(ie with details like name, address, postal code etc). This is "blank" at the moment ie with no details filled out, just a application form.
I also have a 'Access' table with details of applicates, wishing to have a video-member card( with their appropriate details: name, address etc).
Thus the problem is somehow to populate the application form('Seagate Crystal format') with the corresponding 'Access' table information.

For example:

Access table-
Title Name Surname Address PhNum
Mr John Doe 56 Idle St 0983999
Mrs Jane Smith 78 Win St 9867668
.
.
*****************************************
Application form.(Part)

Mr:X Mrs Ms Miss Other

FirstName: John Address: 56 Idle St

Surname: Doe
.
.

Nb: the Title field in the table and how this information is translated in the application form.
 
Try to learn more about creating reports in MS-Access!

(or ask your question there instead of using the Modules & VBA section)
