blank record in query

In one of my queries it leaves a blank record in the last row. On the report it counts this line. How can I remove the blank row from a query?

Typically a blank row is caused by a blank row in the data. Remove the blank row from your data and it should go away.
However not near a nice solution is you can check one of the columns that always have data (except for blank rows) and exclude those.
