Hi,
This is a rather dumb question but here it goes anyways.
I have one excel file - fields from this excel file need to be apended to 2 different tables (main table and stream table). There is a one to many relationship between the main table and the stream table.
The main table contains general information such as date, name etc) Some of the records that will be entered into the main table from the excel file will be blank, while the records appended to the streams table will be complete. There is nothing I can do about the blank records - that is fine.
My question is - do these blank records in the main table serve any purpose? I think not, but need some reassurance either way.
