Well I am trying to build a small billing system for our telecom service.

So far I have managed to import the traffic and get reports with the costs, for each numbers.
Each number is charged with a monthly fee.
BUT If there is no traffic for a number (no records), I get blank spaces and the traffic cost is not added to the Monthly Fee and no Total Cost is shown.
I have tried the nz, and the IIf(IsNull(...),.....) functions with no success.

I hope the above are clear to you. If more info is needed please let me know.

Thanks

You need a LEFT JOIN. You will need a data source that includes all the numbers you want to show (lets call this AllNumbers) and then you LEFT JOIN it to your traffic data source (call this Traffic).

Link from AllNumbers to Traffic on the number, change the link between the two tables to show all the numbers in AllNumbers.

Thank you for your quick reply.

This is done all ready.

If there is no traffic for a number the is no cost/call and I get a blank space.

How can I get these blank spaces show zero and add up with the monthly fee, so I can get a Total every time, even if there is no traffic?

Thanks

Well after a few days and a lot of @#%$@#^^#$^ I found out, I was making a typing mistake on the IIF(IsNull... function. I managed to fix that!

Now I need to do the same to a subreport I have that is a result of a quire.
