How i can block a record of a table, but only the record use in a network environment

There is no way except via code to block a particular record in a particular situation. I need to know a little more about what you are trying to do to suggest a method.

I have several applications which have their own built in security to control access to forms and data. Controlling security yourself can get complicated.
