I have set up a form which lists the shedule of clients to be telephoned. Once they have been phoned, (after learning whether they are eligable) i then book them in for a 1 to 1 interview in the subform.
The subform already copys all of the details (ie name, telephone number) from the main form so the user just has to input the time & date for their 1 to 1.
The problem is here that, i can forget when the next available date is. See the 1 to 1 lasts 30 mins and can only be seen one after the other, so one user may phone a client & book him/her in for 10am 19/05/2009. So the next available time would be 10:30am 19/05/2009, but another user wont know what times are booked.
Is their a way for access to automaticall input the earliest available time+ date for the 1 to 1 interview. I am farely new to access after not using it for over a year so i need step by step guide if possible.
EDIT
Perhaps i can use dlookup that populates the new record with the previous date & previous time+30 minutes?
Thanks
Darren
