in the pictures i attach here, sometimes my transfers work and sometimes no. but i search this link https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=bluetooth+file+transfer+is+disabled+by+policy

and i found a fix. and it now works for all files. but, when it was working only part time with only some files, i noticed on the android phone it shows ''not connected''. when i was using the 128 bit encryption in advanced networking share settings. now that i change to 40-50 for devices that use 40-50 bit encryption, all work. so why do some files transfer to android phones when the 128 bit is enabled and not the 40-50? and some do not? i do not understand. something wrong with my phonr? thank you.

1. turn on sharing so anyone...
2.use 128-bit (default)
3.turn-off password protected sharing.

google if you are not sure.

i said i googled and it work fine. that was not question though. do phones use 40-050 bit encryption? but why do some files transfer using 128 and some do not? i changed it in control panel and it work fine for all files.
