Booking/Appointment System

hello,

i am currently trying to make a booking system for a dentist.
i am quite lost with it, could someone please give me a direction/ideas on how to go about it..

To date i have created tables of:
-Customer details : customerID, name, address, medical conditions etc..
-Employee details :UserID,Employee Name,Role and room number
-Dentist Room : dentist name and room number
-Dentist schedule: dentistID, dentist name, start, break, end
-Prescriptions: CustomerID, customername, teeth ( which i will just input numbers into)
-Appointments: AppointmentID,OpticianID,customerID, appointment time and date

i reckon ive probably made the wrong tables

can someone help me out please thank you
