Hello, I asked a similar question is a different area but no one knew the answer. I hope some one here can help.
I have an Access Database and I extract data from an Access Form to a Word Template using bookmarks. Its invoice data I am trying to extract and print so the data is numbers. On Access the data can be the following:
500.00 or say 99.00
however when the data is transferred to the bookmarks in the Word Template the data comes out as.
500 or 99
It does not come out in 2 decimal places so I need to manually add the .00
However if the data in access is 599.98 then it appears in Word as 599.98.
So Basically if the value is .00 it does not show. Does anyone have an ideas?
