bottom margin

i can't get my data low enough on the page. the text box is at the bottom in the design view but it prints about .25" too high. i can't set the margin any lower it changes itself back when i try.

Two things might be happening.

One is that there is an absolutely boundary that your printer can't go beyond. Depending on how close you are to the edge, you may just have found it.

The other is that you may have "name autocorrect" set on. Try turning that off. As a side effect, it can keep Access from properly saving your report settings.
