Breaking down Year Months Days

I have a client that wants to show the length of service that staff have in years months days. The present formula I use is ([PresentDate]-[StartDate])/365.25, which only gives me service in years to a decimal point. Can anyone help with this problem?

have a look at this thread - it contains several methods of calculating date differences. You can read DOB as the StartDate.
