Browse, Import, and Map Spreadsheet from Form

Hey all,

I am working on this database and I was wondering how to

1) Browse to find the spreadsheet I want to import
2) Import this spreadsheet through the same form that I browsed for it
3) Map the column titles to the table already created

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
