Apologies if this has appeared before, but if it has, I can't find it!
I have a database split into front and back end, used by 30-50 users. One particular user is experiencing the following problem: when one particular form is loading, if she switches to another application, twenty or so icons for the form appear on her taskbar. If she then clicks on any of these, the form is displayed, but won't do anything and she has to close it using Task Manager. She is the only user experiencing this, and it only happens occasionally.
Has anyone seen this behaviour before, and know what causes it?
