I work in a college and have developed an attendance management report.
Within this is a breakdown of students attendance from particular schools which we then circulate to each school via email. Currently it is a very cumbersome process eg:
(Repeat 50+ times!!!!)
I would like to amend this so that user simply clicks a button called 'Email to Schools' and then executes a bulk email merge.
I've created email buttons before but not on this level so grateful for any support you could offer.

- User runs the report per school
- Save report as PDF
- Create email in outlook attach PDF and send to school
(Repeat 50+ times!!!!)
