Bulk Emails

I have a bulk email system in my MSaccrss application that was working but now has started to duplicate the email address in the Outlook To box i.e. someone @ anywhere .co m becomes someone @ anywhere .co m#mailto: someone @ anywhere .co m# . Any ideas?
The spaces in the addresses are not in the original it’s to overcome the e-mail addresses post count

I'm not sure why this has suddenly started appearing, but I believe that the Mailto: is adding a mailto hyper-link.

What is the code that you are using?
