Buttons not working on form when marco is applied

When i apply the maximize macro to the 'on open' event on my forms the buttons stop working. They will work when i remove the macro again. Does anyone know how to maximize the form andstill have working buttons?

Are you using DoCmd.Maximize in the OnOpen Event?
