C++ or c# programmer in or near birmingham!

Hi guys , i have a project that ive been working on and would like to hire a local programmer to get things up and running. Is there anyone here or would you guys know anyone that would be willing to do this project for me?
I have a budget of 150.oo GB but we can disscuss this once you have the details of the work i require! ;-)
