calculate balance and total expense for each year?

if in 1 year i have 750.00 budget so it will sum all expenses and subtract to year budget 750.00. I want to do a new calculation for next year ! how ?????????:confused:
 
Next Year budgetting exercise normally starts before the year-end. Previous months' actual Income and expenses are pro-rated for 12 months to find the actual figure.

For example:
prorated expenses = Last ten months actual expenses/10*12.

Like-wise Income also calculated based on Current Year Month-wise Income and gives a certain percentage of increase/decrease for the projected next year figure.

Next year budget figure depends on several factors like projected business growth (income) based on last few years trend, increase in employees salary plus new recruitment of employees, Office Rent, Transportation, Electricity & Water, office expenses, Insurance and so on.

Taking all these factors into consideration a certain percentage of increase/decrease in the prorated expenses is calculated for next year projection.
 
How about if a company have a medical allocation for each staff which is 500.00 for each year..... i have done a calculation for current year which it will sum all staff medical expenses that their get for current year and subtract to staff medical allocation 500.00. Did i need to make an append query for the next year?????? because staff will get new medical allocation 500.00 for each year and balance for last year is just burn / not use.:confused::eek::(
