Calculate days to/past a date excluding Bhols & weekends

I need to calculate the number of days excluding BankHols (UK) and Weekends before or after a Target date. Dates after the Target date should be negative.
I have found many functions on this forum but they all return a positive number even if the End date is after the Target date.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Take a look at this thread Master Dates

If you make a new query and add in this table (linked) and join on the dates then tick the fields you want to include/exclude.
