I have typed in an expression [time from]-[time to] which then gives me a total of hours used per person (this done in a query)
I have a grand total of hours in a sub-form for each person but do not know how to show a grand total of all the hours used.
I also want to use this grand total in another caculation i.e. 1160 hours minus the amount used by all the people.
