Hi all
I have a list of the projects I am working on. They usually assign me a project or multiple projects at any given time. I start working on my project and it takes a few days before I finish my task. Once I finish my task and submitted they have to review my report and close the project if there was no issues in there or they will return it and I have to apply corrections and submit it again. It takes between 0-30 days before they close my project.
At the same time I am working on my other projects.
If you look at the excel sheet I have attached here you will learn what exactly is going on.
I want to find the best way of showing my performance.
It should show that the time on each project is decreasing and number of finished projects in each week or month is increasing. Any kind of chart, graphical presentation or mathematical statistics that summarizes everything is accepted. You tell me which one would you prefer?
Important Facts:
Number of days spent on each case
Number of days from submission to closure the case
Number of cases I am working on simultaneously

This is a sample. The actual list can have hundreds of records.
I prefer to exclude weekends in day counting.
Please let me know if I am not clear enough.

Thank you very much
