Calculated field in a report based on unrelated table

I WAS ABLE TO COMPRESS AND ATTACH MY FILE!!

I have used access' expense report database template to track expenses for our company. All tables are realted EXCEPT 1, this table list the precentages our bills are billed at to the 6 grants we bill them too.

PROBLEM: When someone enters a new expense report on the expense report form, I need the "Expense Item Amount" entered to then be multiplied by the different precentages to show how much of that "Exp Item Amt" is billed to each grant. I have been working on this for 4days I can't figure it out!! :banghead:

I would LOVE for this to be computed and listed on the form, but if that is too complicated then I definately need it to be done on the "Expense Report" report or on the "Check Request"

PLEASE HELP!!!! Let me know what i need to attatch the file is 5mb and the site wont let me upload it.
