I have a report that prints out 3 to 4 records dependent on criteria selected by the query including date and names.
Each of the records has a total percent field which represents the total mark/grade for that record. This field is bound to the underlying table.
I would like to show an average percent of all of the records in the report combined, but none of the functions I use seem to work. I have tried simply using the Avg function on the field called "CallTotal", but it will either bring up the value for the first record only, or it won't bring up anything at all. I have also tried DAvg, even using the Domain Function Builder wizard, but it still won't show anything in the report.
I also need this for a second report that shows each of the persons with their average grade over a particular month. I assume that a solution would be able to furnish both results?
Please could someone help??
