I have been out of the database world for some time and was never an expert before, so I am stumped and need some help, please.
I have been asked to complete a database for Project Maintenance (that someone else started and hasn’t finished). :banghead: So, this may be the start of many questions to come, as I am not sure if the design he/she started is the right way to go. Now, long story short...

tbl_Tags; contains: Received Date, Projected Release Date
tbl_Activities
tbl_Frequencies

will need Projected count of Activity Performance between Received Date & Projected Release Date, based on Frequency (easy enough) - Based on the same information I need the Due Dates of Performance. This is where I am stumped.

Example:
Item 1 – Activity 2
Received Date: 01/01/2015
Projected Release Date: 01/01/16
Frequency of Activity 2: monthly
Projected Count of Activity Performance: 12
Due Dates of Performance: (DDP)
02/01/2015, 03/01/2015, 04/01/2015, 05/01/2015, 06/01/2015, 07/01/2015, 08/01/2015, 09/01/2015, 10/01/2015, 11/01/2015, 12/01/2015, 01/01/2016

The Due Dates of Performance will need to figured for each item and it's assigned activity.

I am wondering if it wouldn't be better to categorize the items and create sets of activities for each category and compile the DDPs.

Any Suggestions??? Comments??? Ideas???
