Hi

I have already posted this message in Forms but maybe it really is a query issue.
My database works out monthly archery scores for a small postal league- each team has 5 or 2 archers (depends on team) and I want to
  • have a record of each archers totals for awarding results
  • total up the Hits,Score and Golds
  • transfer these totals to a separate table so that I can create reports on the separate teams in different divisions at the end of each month
I realise that you would not usually store data that can be calculated from other data but my report is a combination of 3 queries using calculated fields on the report (see attached files).
I have tried DSum but did not really understand it- maybe I need VBA but not sure what- any suggestions?

Won't a totals query give you what you want? Click the Σ button.

By the way, why is the home team ID in your scores table?
I can't see all the table names or fields, but your structure doesn't look great.
