It has been several years since I have I had to create a report and my memory has failed me miserably.
Anyway, I am trying to create a report where several of the totals are calculated using other columns. The total is arrived at by calculating two other columns, i.e. Total waste divided by Total footage = percentage of waste. The waste is broken down by two different machines and for the grand total the two machines are added together and then a percentage is calculated based on the grand total.
I can get the totals for each machine, but I can't figure out to get the grand total when the two machines are combined.
=([Counter])-([Text 50]) is the waste for the first machine
=([SumofCounter])-([Text 52]) is the waste for the 2nd machine
Then I need to combine the two totals above to get the grand total.
I am having the same problems when I try to calculate percentages based on dividing columns and then trying to get a grand total.
I would appreciate any help!
