Calculations in a report

Could any one help please
I have a form with a field that has the total cost of a number of functions [Text407]
I am trying to bring this into a report via a query (copy attched) with out any success, as the result comes up blank
any one spot whats wrong please?

Not sure why you have the criteria on the query ?

Does the query work without the criteria ?

If your form is a general form and has assorted data on it plus you want a text box showing the value from the query, then use tools subform and select the query. Will need to do some formatting of the subform but you can get to look just like any other text box on your form.
