Hello All,

I have an Access db with the back end as SQL. Someone has some vb code attached to a button in the form. It works fine when it is just manipulating data from a table directly in Access.

But now that I have the same table in SQL linked to Access I am getting an error. I also have a simple formula that looks at some data in a subform in this form and now it says #Name?

Any Ideas why this is doing this?

So what connection method is working to get to the table on the SQL BE DB?

What error message are you getting with your attempt at a Linked Table object?
