Access 2003. I have a form allowing users to enter a: FeeType and a FeeAmount. I also have a report (based on this form) calulating just the FeeAmounts. The FeeTypes consist of six choices. The user chooses one of the six. Along with their choice is the appropriate FeeAmount. I want to calculate the number of FeeTypes along with the sum of that particular FeeAmount. So, if the report indicates four "X" charges in the amount of $100.00 each I would like the report to show something like this:

"X" x 4 = $400.00

Could you please provide some more information.

I would imagine these records are related to some entity?

If x was Car Rental, would there be a set Fee Amount for that Fee Type or it can differ?

Allow me to elaborate. It's the FeeType I would like to tally. When users type in a FeeType along with a FeeAmount (any value), it's possible to have several of the same FeeTypes for the month. So, if a user has four "X" transactions for $100.00/ea and two "Y" transactions for $10.00/ea. then I would want the report to show:

"X" x 4 = $400.00
"Y" x 2 = $20.00

I want to tally the FeeType (X's, Y's, etc.).
