Can Anyone help with this;
I'm buliding a access database for catalouge orders and need to know how to workout a total price from the items ordered, then multipy the total by 4 weeks which will give me my monthly payment, then I need to subtract this answer from the original total every month until it gets to zero. I hope someone can understand this cause I cant. it will look something like this.
buy now pay jan 2002 20 weeks
Description.........Price...........Date.......Payment.......New Balance
Duvet.................11.99
Shirt...................35.00
Jog Pants............14.00
..............Total.....60.99
.........................................21.01.02......12.19...............48.08
.........................................21.02.02......12.19...............36.61
and so on until it reaches zero. of couse the sums would be much larger than this. The payment 12.19 comes from dividing the total by 20weeks then multiplying by 4 weeks. so what I need to know is how to program this in to my access database. I also need to do this with 38 weeks, 100 weeks and 150 weeks for different items from different months of the year.
