Still need help with coding..my main form "Help Calls" will stay open in the background with all the pertinent info the tech will need to finish the call...my main form takes up all the screen and I have no run for a subform...will need to pop up a small form with just the few fields needed to complete the call but remember before the new popup form comes up I need to check to see if anymore techs got reassgined to this "Helpno" on my main form...if so show them on this new popup form...if no matches then I want the same form to come up blank (ready to add info) but I want the Helpno from the Mian form to automatically be added to my new blank form. Hope this makes sense...this was originally posted 09/14

Actually your message doesn't make sense, at least to me, so I'll try to help by guessing that all you really need is just a bit more room to add some additional fields to your main form. Have you thought about using a Tab Control on the main form so that you can add more fields, subforms, etc? This seems like an easier solution than another popup that may or may not be needed.
