Can Grow field overlaps fields below it.

Report is in a letter-like format. There is a memo field in the page header with the CAN GROW set to YES. There are several labels below this memo field - also in the page header. When the memo field contains more than 4 lines it overwrites the labels below. I was thinking that it should "push" the labels down to accommodate for the increasing size of the field. Is this not correct?

Actually I got the answer from the MS newsgroup. Fields in Page Headers cannot grow because the Page header cannot grow. I moved it to the Report Header and all is fine.
