Can I move subreports depending on whether they have a value ?

Hello everyone on access,

I have a main report with three subreports. Can I move the subreports up or down depending on whether they have data to display? In other words I do not want an empty space when a subreport happens not to have data in it. Do I use vba code or is there a change in the property section of the subreport that I need to change ?

Set the Can Shrink and Can Grow properties of the subreport control to Yes. You can get to the subreport control by clicking on it ONCE.
