Can tabs create a "history list"

Good Evening,

I would appreciate any help that you can give me, and would like to mention I am junior when it comes to using access.

I have started to build a database with several tabs.

The first tab is client information; and I would like to be able to click on the next tab called "history" and be able to view their history.

I am not sure how to do this, or if it is possible.

What 'history?' Where is this 'history' stored?

It seems the OP is referring to having a subform on the history tab which is bound to the Histrory table and linked to the Client or parent table.
