I created a pivot table for one of my users and now want them to be able to refresh and save the table whenever they want. The problem is that their changes don't get saved. I don't really know much about pivot tables beyond creating them and refreshing them, but I did some testing. My user cannot save her changes on her computer, so I had her use my computer (logging in as herself) and she was able to save her changes.
So I am thinking that it has something to do with where it gets saved, and somehow by default, even though the database is not residing on my hard drive, the pivot table information (at least part of it) is being saved on my hard drive. How can I control where it gets saved? I want to save it to the network in a folder where the database itself resides. Does anyone have any experience with this?
