I have to forms (Main ) with a Sub form (MySub) The sub form is not linked to the main form.

From the form (Main ) can you reference the form (My sub) to goto a new record

On the Main Form with a command button called cmdGoToNewRecord, try this: -

Private Sub cmdGoToNewRecord_Click()

    Me.MySub.SetFocus
    DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNewRec

End Sub
